You're invited to join the Tennyson Tigers and Friends BC Children's Hospital Fun Run team. It's a really fun event that raises money for a great cause!
This year's BC Children’s Fun Run race is on June 8 at 9am (best to arrive at 8.15ish). You can sign up for the 5k or 2K run, and you can choose whether you want to pay for the even or fundraise -- whatever works best for you. As well as the races, there is a post-race festival with a booth with fruit and veggies from BC Produce Marketing Association, fun games, face painting, food trucks, bouncy castles and more! VEMS Choir is back for Spring 2025, and Miss Catherine—our wonderful conductor with over 15 years of experience—is excited to lead students in another fun-filled season of music! Open to students in Grades 1–7, the choir is a chance to discover your voice, learn new songs (from Broadway to Disney and even in French!), make new friends, and perform together. Senior Choir (Grades 4–7) meets Tuesdays at lunch starting April 15, and Junior Choir (Grades 1–3) meets Fridays at lunch starting April 25. Register now at vems.ca/signup and join the fun!  |
