Pedalheads Bike is a learn-to-ride camp known for taking kids from training wheels to two wheel to road riding. We combine a fun group setting with specialized equipment, tailored cycling lessons, and incredible instructors to build confidence and get some of the most tentative kids biking on their own.

erase (Expect Respect and a Safe Education) is offering online sessions on safe and caring use of technology at home and in the community for youth aged 10 and up and their families on January 23, and February 7, 28, 6:30-7:30 PM. Led by expert trainers from Safer Schools Together, the session covers all things digital, from how to be a good digital citizen, the criminal consequences of cyberbullying, and how to report and receive support in cases of sexting/sextortion. Based on racing times from the past year, she qualified as one of the two fastest female speed skaters aged 12-13 in our region. The BC Winter Games is only held every 2 years for up and coming athletes aged 12-13 in a variety of winter sports. It's a true achievement to be selected! We hope Tennyson can cheer her on when she competes on February 21-25! Here's the full list of BC Winter Games team selections. We are looking for a grade 7 student for a regular Thursday afternoon job from January 11 to Mach 14. The job would be picking up two girls from Tennyson and taking them on the number 16 bus downtown to the VSO school of Music for a 4.30 pm class.
