S.U.C.C.E.S.S. is starting a new cycle of their online Chinese Parent Support Group (offered in Mandarin).

September 2025 to June 2026 (total of 19 sessions). 


This free group is designed to support Mandarin-speaking parents of children and youth (ages 6–19), offering a space for learning, sharing, and mutual support.

 
In this cycle, we will explore 6 key themes (you may find more details in the attached schedule):

1. Child and Adolescent Development and Identity Formation
2. Understanding the World of Adolescents 
   (cyberbullying, school bullying, video game/social media addiction)
3. Mental Health in Children and Youth 
   (depression, social anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism)
4. Parental Self-Care 
   (emotion regulation, anger, anxiety, self-compassion)
5. Parent-Child Conflict Management
6. Communication and Parenting Strategies

很高興與您分享一個好消息——新一季的「風雨同路華語家長互助小組」即將於2025年9月啟動，並將持續至2026年6月，共舉辦19次線上聚會。本小組為免費參加，旨在為家有6–19歲孩童與青少年的華語家長提供一個彼此支持、學習與分享的安全空間。
 
本季度將圍繞以下六大主題進行探索：

1. 孩童及青少年心理發展與身份建構
2. 探索青少年所面對的世界（如：網路霸凌、校園霸凌、電子遊戲／社群媒體成癮）
3. 認識孩童及青少年的心理健康（如：抑鬱症、社交焦慮、ADHD、完美主義）
4. 父母的自我照顧（憤怒與焦慮管理、自我關懷）
5. 親子衝突管理
6. 溝通技巧與教養策略

 
我們也會不定期邀請專業嘉賓參與分享，讓內容更豐富與實用。
