(An Initiative by The Archewell Foundation)
Vancouver DPAC is excited to announce a unique opportunity for teens and parents/caregivers to contribute to an international report on the impact of social media on youth well-being. The Archewell Foundation (the nonprofit organization founded by Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex) is leading this initiative, and Vancouver DPAC is assisting by inviting participation from teens and parents/caregivers in our community. Representatives from The Archewell Foundation will be in Vancouver from February 12-16, 2025, hosting in-person insight sessions at a centrally located, transit-accessible venue. Why Your Voice Matters These small-group discussions will allow youth to share their experiences with the digital world—how it influences their lives, their mental health, and what changes they wish to see. Separate sessions will also be available for parents to voice their perspectives. The Archewell Foundation is seeking participants who represent a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. Key Details:
