It was a glorious afternoon for the cross country mini meet

The season opening cross country  meet held at Vanier Park was fantastic. The weather was perfect, Coach Chris's  motivational speech  was inspired, and the Tiger's cheer was a crowd stopper that psyched out lots of the competition.

Our athletes were terrific ambassadors for Tennyson. They cheered on their teammates,   ran their heart's out,  broke personal bests and some  even placed. Congratulations to Grade 1's Nate Hillier who placed 11th and Eli Brittain who placed 13, Molly Brittain who was 3rd in the Grade 3 girls, Kai Martland who took first place in the Gr 7 boy’s race, Aliya Karsan who came second and Rachel Rallison came third in the Gr 7 girl’s race.
