Winterfest,  a Quebec trip fundraiser run by Grade 6 parents, is an annual Tennyson tradition that kicks off the holiday season! Between the  student talent show, silent auction,  crafts and games room, wine raffle, bake sale and yummy food, Winterfest offers top class entertainment, abundant holiday shopping opportunities and a great chance to socialize with Tennyson friends.

​Silent Auction Winning Bids

Emails to the highest bidder on silent auction items are being sent this weekend. 

Pick up your auction items in rm. 016 - downstairs beside Mme. Bailey's Kindergarten class. 

Drop off and pickup next week Dec. 9-13. Cash and cheques are preferred. But we accept credit cards and debit as well.

The sign-up sheet will be posted on Wed, Nov 20 at recess.
Sign-up ends on Monday, Dec 2.


​Each student is limited to one individual and one group performance (due to time constraints, this will be strictly enforced)
  • Recorded music will be faded-out after 3 minutes - if you are singing along with a piece, plan a stopping point at 3 minutes
  • Acts must be rehearsed - improvised dancing will be saved for the "Dance Party" songs that are open to everyone
  • Sign-up is first-come-first-served and usually fills up early. Sorry, no late entries (schedule to keep to!)

Volunteers: Grade 6 Quebec Parents and Students

We need all Grade 6 parents to help!
Parents of Gr. 6 students MUST sign up but other parents will not be turned away!

Baking donations are requested, and are in addition to the volunteering. 

From the Quebec Parent Participation Agreement:
   "Volunteer participation includes the following:
      Being present to work a significant portion of Winterfest (at least 3 hours)"
