PAC Finances
Thanks to the impressive fundraising efforts of previous families, the Tennyson PAC has a healthy bank balance. The bank balance is reported at the PAC meetings or you can ask the PAC for an update between meetings.
PAC spending 2025-2026
The 2025/2026 school year budget was discussed at the May 2025 PAC General Meeting and voted on and approved at the June 2025 AGM.
The 2024/2025 school year budget was voted on at the September 2024 PAC Meeting with amendments voted on and approved at the October 2024 PAC General Meeting.
Do you have a project you would like the PAC to fund?
PAC has funds available to support staff, student, and parent-organized school based events, activities and/or equipment purchases. Depending on the size of funds being asked for, the request is discussed and voted on at a PAC meeting.
Please read the Guidelines for Application for PAC Funding and submit the request for PAC Funding Form to make a request.
If you're Tennyson staff and wish to make a request, please also refer to the Requests for PAC Funding - Staff document for additional details and instruction and liaise with the school administration to submit your request.
Do you need reimbursement from the PAC for expenses?
If you have incurred some expenses for PAC related reasons, please complete the PAC Cheque Request Form and email a copy of it, along with a copy of your receipts to [email protected]. (Photos or scans of receipts should be good, but please keep the original receipts and form in case needed to issue the reimbursement.)
