Workout for Women's Day is a coming together of local fitness trainers and studios around International Women's Day (March 8th) to offer 40+ classes for charities that support all girls and women. The campaign, now in its 4th year, is organized by a team of local trainers, one who is a Tennyson mom!
The Workout for Women's Day schedule is live at www.strongertogethervancouver.com. Classes are open to all (so sign up!) and are by donation to these three charities:
