Please also indicate whether you have filled out a VSB Driver form and have obtained Mme Alain's signature and if you need a lift or can offer a lift to the event. This information will be used at Event check in (2:55 pm on mini-meet day) to facilitate last minute carpooling. To the extent possible, please make your own carpool arrangements ahead of time.
