Earth Bites (sponsored by Rocky Mountain Flatbread) worked with Div 1 to host a Pocket Market on Monday. Students came by with their classes and were able to sample pasta & salads. They also had face painting done by the Grade 6 and 7s. The food was delicious according to the kids.

I'm a teacher in Nanoose, Vancouver Island. Does your school have a school garden? Do your students sell the produce? Trying to do that here and needing to know how others make it work with legalities.. Thanks for any information yo can offer.

We have a school garden but we do not sell the produce. We may in the future ... we are planning to get a greenhouse soon. Kids generally plant with their class and then teachers make things with the produce. Comments are closed.
