Earth Bites planting potatoes with Grade 1s (with photos)

Nutritionalists and gardeners from the Earth Bites Project were at Tennyson today to work with Mme Lichimo's Grade 1 class.

The class planted potatoes at the front of the school, to be harvested this Fall. They also made and sampled spinach salad with homemade dressing.

Thanks to Brendan (nutritionist/organic gardener), Julia (nutritionist) and Cassidy (nutritionist) from Earth Bites for their time and help today.
