A couple of photos from today's Tennyson Tigers Grade 6/7 basketball game. The Tigers were handed their first defeat of the season (19-63) by a feisty Edith Cavell team in what proved to be a highly physical game replete with plenty of fouls, falls and frustration. The ball simply refused to nestle into the basket for our boys today and the rebounds were scooped up and capitalized upon by a taller home team. In keeping with the somewhat dark après-game mood evident on the Tigers' bench, today's photos are rendered in somber grey tones as we mourn a winning streak cut short in its prime...
