The Schools We Need Campaign begins with two components. We invite all interested parents and school community members to attend: “The Schools We Need” Town Hall Meeting Date: May 28th Time: 4 to 7 pm Place: Russian Hall, 600 Campbell Avenue, Vancouver Attendees will participate in several small table discussions highlighting current key issues facing our schools and collaborating to come up with future actions and solutions. COPE School Board Trustee, Suzie Mah will be highlighting the challenges the school district continues to face and there will be other guest speakers. Also, there will be a visual and performing arts opportunity for those who want to participate! We invite you and your members to complete our “The Schools We Need Survey”. The survey has ten questions highlighting ten key issues. Results and ideas for actions from the survey will be summarized and released to the public. The survey will close on June 30th, 2024. You can complete the survey by going to: www.copevancouver.ca/survey On behalf of COPE, we hope that you will participate and publicize these two activities to your members. Let’s work together and build the schools that our students need. Tanya Webking, COPE Co-Chair Shawn Vulliez, COPE Co-Chair Comments are closed.
