Please join us at the PAC meeting on Thursday, March 10 at 7pm. After the brief meeting, we will have a parent speaker:

​Truths and Myths about Childhood Nutrition
A presentation focusing on the most common childhood nutrition challenges (no, it is not vegetables!) for kids and parents. Among them:

• Mineral status affects brain development and school results
• Sugar and hyperactivity – what does the research really say?
• Maintain parent zen with kids who eat too little or too much
