The Diversity and Inclusion Committee hosted a mental health resource table on May 6th.
Printed resources were available at the table and visitors were offered coffee and muffins made by a Tennyson parent.
The community had the opportunity to share their own ways of taking care of their mental health. Check out the photos of the wonderful ideas, below, as well as links to some helpful online resources.
