Tennyson mom and local fitness instructor Shana Alexander will be running her Monday morning 9:30 am outdoor strength and conditioning class throughout the fall term. All levels welcome.
Class takes place at Granville Park (15th and Burrard) if not raining and Coopers Park (n Yaletown, under the Cambie Street Bridge) if raining. Babies and toddlers can come too, and both locations have a playground.
