 It's time for the Tennyson French Scholastic Book Fair - Festival du Livre. When: Tuesday Nov. 26 - Friday Nov. 29 at morning recess, lunch recess and after school Where: The school lobby and hallwa What: A huge book sale of french books (just in time for the holidays) The Scholastic French Book Fair is a great opportunity to earn book credits for your child's classroom, the resource teachers and the library, at the same time as building your French library at home. Picture books, dictionaries, non-fiction - we have it all! All of the books will be in French this fall (the English Book Fair will take place in the Spring). To run the book fair we need some volunteers. Volunteering at the Book Fair is a great way to meet lots of Tennyson students and have plenty of time to browse the shelves yourself. If you are able to help out for an hour or two during the week please email Jacqueline Crummey at [email protected] with the days/times that you are available. It would be fantastic if we had enough volunteers to cover before and after school and the recesses.
