Dear Parents and Guardians:

Welcome back, bonne rentrée!

We hope that everyone had a good summer and look forward to hearing all about your children’s summer adventures soon.

First week of school:

School begins on Tuesday, September 6th. Please note that students in grades 1 – 7 attend for one hour only from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.  Please let office staff know if your child will not be attending school on Tuesday but will attend later in the week by emailing [email protected]

On Tuesday, there will be lists posted outside by division with this year’s classroom and teacher. Students will line up by the marked cones with their division number. The teacher will come outside to pick up their class. The lists will be posted both in front and back of the school. PLEASE NOTE: If it rains, the lists will be posted in the undercover area of the school.

Wednesday, September 7th will be a regular school day from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for students in grades 1 – 7.  Students should return to the same classroom as the previous day. Please note that this will be your child’s permanent class.  Please provide a lunch for your child.

Kindergarten students will follow a gradual entry schedule until Tuesday, September 13th. Wednesday September 14th will begin full day Kindergarten.
 Lord Tennyson will host a Welcome Table in the gym with coffee during the one hour of school on Tuesday.  Parents are invited to wait in the gym and socialize.
