Team Yellow win Sports Day for third year in a row

It's been a fantastic week for Canadian Sport with the Toronto Raptors' historic NBA Finals win against the Golden State Warriors, and Team Yellow winning their third consecutive Tennyson Sports day. Both victories were hard fought and well deserved.

The day began with a whole school warm up and the four colour cheers led by our Grade 7 students (see videos below). After the cheers, the Intermediate students headed off to Connaught Park for a morning of competition while the Junior students stayed at school and enjoyed a series of Games that challenged their athletic abilities.

The Grade 10 LINK Kitsilano Secondary leadership class did an amazing job organizing the day and running the events. Thank you . And a big thank you too to the Quebec 2021 parents who organized and ran the concession and BBQ lunch. It's the volunteers that make it a fantastic day for the students!
