Volunteer needed to lead the Staff Appreciation Lunch

Can you coordinate the Staff Appreciation Lunch?

The role involves:

• Picking a date with Admin that suits you all
  
• Getting an email sent out to advertise the event and ask for food and volunteers
• Monitoring the spreadsheet
• Organizing the decorations for the rooms (in the past students have colored appreciation flowers) and we've bought flower centerpieces
• With a team of volunteers, putting out the food and cleaning up after

It's a fun job, there are lots of people who will help/advise and share their expertise from the past. Please email [email protected] if you're interested.
